In order to submit an abstract to ICPIG – 2013, all presenting authors must complete the following steps:
1. Create your registration account
Create your account on the ICPIG - 2013 website by filling in the registration form.
After submitting your registration form you will receive a confirmation e-mail, with a link. After clicking on the confirmation link your account will be activated and you will be able to complete the submission of your paper/s.
2. Prepare your abstract
Write your paper according to the instruction reported on the following link using the template form available on the conference website.
After this, create a PDF file version of your paper with at least 300 dpi resolution. Please check proper paper margins for book binding. Since no colour pages will be printed, graphs will appear in black and white with 300 dpi resolution.
NOTE 1: Please note that no editing of your paper will be performed by the committee and we need to receive your paper printer/camera ready.
NOTE 2: Please call your paper with your username followed by a progressive paper number (in case you are submitting more than one contribution).
3. Upload your abstract
First, login on the ICPIG – 2013 website. The submit link will be active after login and you will be requested to fill in a submission form.
The file to be uploaded must be a PDF file. Other kind of file will not be accepted.
After submission you will receive a confirmation E.mail reporting the submission information. You will be able to display your submission information and to change the status of your submission till March 15th, 2013.
Deadline for paper submission is March 15th, 2013. Notification of paper acceptance will be sent by E.mail to the contacting authors by April 1st, 2013.
NOTE 3: Abstracts of Invited lectures (both General and Topical) should also be uploaded through the conference website.
